Goal: Control Room of Coimbatore City Police finds it really difficult to identify the spam calls over a period of time through all the 8 lines they currently have.
Solution: Coming up with a design which can help our friends identify the nature of the call with their history of dials and good call score makes it easier to visualise the spam on the first look on the big screen.
